Youth & Children’s Worker
We are seeking a servant-hearted disciple of Jesus with the character, gifts and experience to coordinate, develop and deepen our work with families and young people. Do you think you could:
- have pastoral oversight of our young people
- lead outreach to local families and young people
- run a children’s ministry on Sunday mornings
- develop, train and support volunteer leaders
- encourage discipleship of children at home
Start: Some flexibility, by September 2024
Salary: Based on experience, £23-28k
Role: Possibility for full or part-time. Potential to consider training element for right candidate.

Requirements: An Occupational Requirement exists for the post holder to be a practising Christian in accordance with the Equality Act, 2010. An Enhanced DBS Disclosure is required for the successful candidate.
